A revision round is one consolidated list of changes submitted through the portal.
New scope requires a separate quotation. Extra revision rounds are CAD 249 each.
You may request a refund after reviewing the first presentation, provided you have not approved the project, requested revisions, or instructed Smarica to continue.
Placeholder wording pending legal review for the jurisdictions in which Smarica operates. The signed terms take precedence.
Simple add-ons have a fixed price. Anything that depends on integrations, volume or third-party fees is quoted after a short technical review.

All prices in CAD and confirmed in writing in your proposal before work begins. External platform, telephone, WhatsApp, email, AI model, calendar and CRM usage charges may be billed separately unless explicitly included.
